This Makita 18V planer features a unique cutter head that offers fast stock removal. It operates at a no load speed of 14,000rpm. It offers up to 2mm cutting depth per pass with a 0.1mm increment depth adjustment. The strong aluminium base ensures high planing accuracy. It is powered by a 18V Lithium-Ion battery that offers 430% more work time. Buttons on either side of the tool allows the user to operate the planer from either side.
