This promotion is exclusive to Mico trade account holders.
May: Spend more than $350+GST in one transaction between 1 May – 31st May 2026 and get a FREE Mico T-shirt. Maximum two per trade account. While stocks last. Spend must be on listed brands: Iplex, Nero, Rheem, Rifeng, Kembla, Caroma, Elementi, Marley, HydroFlow, Methven, Rinnai, and Simple Fix. Only one reward per account will be redeemed. The redeemed reward will be based on spend and this will be determined at the end of the Promotional Period. Entry is automatic based on meeting the spend threshold during the campaign period. Jacket Sizes will vary and are available while stocks last. Jackets to eligible customers will be delivered to the account holders main Mico branch for collection in July 2026.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend, or reschedule this promotion.
Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently. The Promoter is Mico Plumbing.
MICO/RHEEM 2026 SUPERCARS PRIZE DRAW PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rheem New Zealand Limited of 475 Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand and PO Box 19011, Avondale, Auckland, NZ (www.rheem.co.nz) (“Rheem”) and Mico New Zealand Limited of 810 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand (ww.mico.co.nz) (“Mico”) like to reward their loyal customers. (Rheem and Mico collectively be referred as “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. The Promotion: Subject to these terms and conditions, this Promotion offers Eligible Entrants who purchase Eligible Rhem branded Products from Mico in-store or online during the Promotional Period, eligibility to enter the draw to win a Prize from Rheem ("Promotion").
2. Acceptance of terms and conditions: Purchase/s of the Eligible Product/s from Mico during the Promotional Period will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who:
a. Are qualified plumbers and gasfitters who are in good standing and hold a current valid plumber’s licence issued by a New Zealand authorised regulatory body;
b. Are aged 18 years or over;
c. Have an active trading account with Mico; and
d. Comply with Mico terms of trade in respect of the Eligible Products.
e. Employees of Mico New Zealand Ltd, Rheem New Zealand Limited and its agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
(together “Eligible Entrant”).
4. Promotional Period: The “Promotional Period” is from 12.01am (NZST) on 1 May 2026 to 11.59pm (NZST) on 30 June 2026. Purchases made after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible for this Promotion.
5. Eligible Products: An "Eligible Product" is any Rheem branded Electric Storage Low Pressure Copper/Vitreous Enamel water heater, Electric Storage Mains Pressure Vitreous Enamel/Stainless Steel water, All Pressure Vitreous Enamel water heater, Heat Pump water heater, Solar water heating or Gas water heating products, purchased during the Promotional Period from Mico in-store on online. Rheem products listed above that are supplied as part of a contract or building quotation will be counted as one entry. Eligible Products do not include Rheem Boiling water units, spare parts and accessories, or Rheem brands Raypak, Zip and Peter Cocks hot water heaters.
6. Promotion Criteria:
a. The Eligible Entrant must purchase an Eligible Products from Mico in-store or online during the Promotional Period. Qualifying customers will automatically be entered into the draw.
b. The Eligible Products can be of any value and purchased in a single or in multiple transactions.
c. Multiple purchases/entries are permitted into the Promotion. However The Eligible Entrants are only eligible to receive one Prize per person.
d. Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring that each purchase of Eligible Product during the Promotional Period is accurately recorded in their trading account with Mico.
e. We reserve the right to verify the validity of purchases and will not be responsible for purchases made outside the Promotional Period.
f. If an Eligible Product that is purchased during the Promotional Period is returned to Mico for a refund, that product will not be counted as an Eligible Product. However, if an Eligible Product is exchanged for another Eligible Product during the Promotional Period, the replacement Eligible Product will be counted as an Eligible Product.
g. Fraudulent entries will be disqualified from this Promotion.
h. Our decision on all matters in connection with the Promotion is final and conclusive and no correspondence or communication will be entered into about any aspect of this Promotion.
i. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify: (a) the validity of entries, (b) tax invoice(s) relating to the purchase of Eligible Products, and (c) the details of any Eligible Entrant (including identity, age, place of residence, and status of plumbing licence).
j. We reserve the right, at any time to disqualify: (a) any entrant who is ineligible to enter this Promotion or fails to fulfil the criteria to be an Eligible Entrant, (b) invalid or non-compliant entries (including the purchase of any Eligible Product that cannot be supported by a proof of purchase), and (c) Eligible Entrants who fails comply with these terms and conditions.
k. Eligible Entrants must retain the original tax invoice, or a legible photocopy of the tax invoice, for the duration of the Promotional Period plus a period of three (3) months after the end of the Promotional Period, as proof of purchase of each Eligible Product by Eligible Entrant in connection with this Promotion. We may require Eligible Entrants to submit a tax invoice (or copy) for verification purposes as a condition of the Eligible Entrant receiving a Prize. Each tax invoice relating to the purchase of an Eligible Product must clearly indicate that the Eligible Product was purchased within the Promotional Period. Failure by an Eligible Entrant to provide proof of purchase of an Eligible Product when requested by us may, in their absolute discretion, result in invalidation of the relevant entry and ineligibility to receive a Prize.
l. Adherence to these terms and conditions will be conditional to receive a Prize by the Prize recipient.
7. Prizes: The prize draw will take place at 810 Great South Road, Penrose by Friday 10th July.
a. The main prizes and draw: The first four eligible entries drawn will be deemed to be the winners of the main prize draw for 4 x SUPERCARS GOLD COAST 500 trips. The winners will be notified by phone, email, or face-to-face from their local Mico branch within 5 working days of the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), that winner will forfeit the prize and another Prize winner will be drawn. The winners main prize constitutes an overseas trip to Australia for a SUPERCARS event in October 2024. The Prize is valued at $7,000 + gst per person. There are a total of 4 prize packs.
8. Issuance of Prizes: Rheem will issue Prizes to the eligible Prize recipients. By accepting or using the Prize the Prize recipients agree to his/her name being published on our websites and social media channels, and to be available for reasonable publicity purposes by us for 12 months following receipt of the Prize, without remuneration or compensation. The Prize recipients will be deemed to be the owner/director of the entity/company to whom the Eligible Goods are invoiced and paid by. Any dispute as to the identity of Prize recipients will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
9. Transfer and Redemption of Prizes: If the Prize recipients are unable to use the Prizes, the Prizes will be deemed forfeited. The Prize or any unused portion of a Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
10. Modification, suspension or cancellation of the Promotion or Prizes: If for any reason this Promotion or the Prizes (or any part of either) is not capable of being run as planned due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of us, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or Prizes (or any part thereof) as appropriate.
11. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither us nor any person or entity associated in any way with us or the Prizes shall be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury of whatsoever nature in connection with the Promotion or Prizes (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) and howsoever sustained, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
12. General:
a. All costs related to participating in this Promotion, and any tax liability arising out of participating in this Promotion, are the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.
b. All personal details provided by Mico account holders will be held by Mico and will be shared with Rheem for issuing Prizes. The details will be used for verification of the Prize recipients identity and, unless otherwise requested, may be used for future promotional activities conducted by us. Under the Privacy Act 1993, Eligible Entrants may access and correct their personal details by contacting Mico.
c. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
d. These terms and conditions will be published at https://mico.co.nz/trade-promotions
e. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately on publication of the revised terms and conditions.
f. Any part of these terms and conditions that is unenforceable, ambiguous, or illegal will be severed, and such severance will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
g. Our decision not to enforce a specific section of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these terms and conditions generally.
h. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
i. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
