Not sure what toilet is the right fit for your Bathroom? Check out our guide below to help make sure you choose the right product.

Information you need to know when choosing your new toilet

Your toilet set outs will determine what toilet you need to buy - depending on whether you need a bottom inlet or a top inlet for example, you will need to order a different variation of the product and these will be shown as different products on our website. This is to guide is designed to help you avoid any errors when purchasing your new product, if you are still unsure then please contact one of your local Mico branch team for guidance.

To figure out your set up check out our guide below:

1) Does your toilet have a high or low water inlet?
If your new toilet has a different height inlet you will require a plumber to move the tap.

Low water inlet

2) Is your toilet an ‘S’, or a ‘P’ trap?
If the outlet goes through the floor, it is an ‘S’ trap, if it goes through the wall, then it is a ‘P’ trap.

3) How to measure how far your toilet is set out.
Use the measure on the side of this card, otherwise use a ridged ruler. S trap - Measure the distance from
the wall to the centre of the outlet of your toilet; P trap - Measure from the floor to the centre of the outlet.
This is your ‘set out’ measurement.
