Mico Service Promise. Our promise puts you, our valued customers, at the heart of our business, so you can get on with running your business.

WE’RE COMMITTED TO PUTTING YOU FIRST

500 core products

We stock over 500 of the core products that our customers need day to day. If we don’t have a product we promise to, we’ll credit you $50 (incl. GST) and lunch is on us.

 

200,000 products
We have access to over 200,000 products through Mico and other companies in our network. So if you need it, we can get it!
 
Delivery within 30 mins of agreed time
We’ll deliver within 30 minutes of your agreed time, so that you can get the products and the job done as quickly and easily as possible.
 
You pay what we quote
Accuracy is important. If we make a mistake, you pay what we quoted or we’ll credit you $50 (incl GST).

 

Trained and Knowledgable Staff
On average our branch managers have 19 years industry experience, we also have the most customer facing staff and locations of any plumbing merchant in New Zealand. We invest over 7000 hours a year in training our people.

 

Click and collect
To make things easier for our customers, we offer a click and collect 30 minute service through our Trade App and Portal. Get your products quickly and easily, with Mico.
 
Warranties
We trust the quality of our product. That’s why we have industry leading warranties on our exclusive products of between 25 and 35 years, for you to rely on.

 

1 hour express delivery
Some of our branches are now able to offer 1 hour express delivery, for urgent or unexpected jobs. That’s just another way, Mico makes doing business easier than ever.

 

MEASURING OUR SERVICE LEVELS

To make sure we meet our service promise to you, we regularly measure our performance.

 

Make sure you check our Mico Service Promise reporting poster in your local branch to see the latest percentages of core products stock level, accurate invoicing, training modules up to date and click and collect performance.

 

The Mico Service Promise operates in every Mico branch, every day and makes sure we are measuring the areas that are most important to our customers.
