Promotional Period:

Start time/date: 06:00 am NZST on 1/07/26

End time/date: 11:59 pm NZST on 31/08/26

Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years of age or over who are trade customers of the Promoter and who have purchased a Qualifying Product (defined below) from a Participating Venue (defined below) during the Promotional Period.

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. purchase any Methven, Caroma or Stylus product (“Qualifying Product”) from any Mico Trade Counter or via trade.mico.co.nz (“Participating Venue”);
  2. spend at least NZD$750.00 in one (1) transaction at a Participating Venue (“Qualifying Transaction”).

Entries will be automatically recorded against the entrant’s Mico trade account at the time of the Qualifying Transaction. The entrant must be a registered Mico trade account holder at the time of the Qualifying Transaction to be eligible to enter.

Entries permitted: Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

  1. a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction; and

each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

Winner Determination: Draw:

  • The draw will take place at Mico New Zealand Limited, 1 Show Place, Building 3, Addington, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand at 12:00 pm NZST on 1/09/26 using computerised random selection.
  • The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize specified below.
  • The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.

If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Total Prize Pool: NZD$7,500.00

The prize is a trip to Fiji for the winner and one (1) friend (aged 18 years or over) which includes the following:

  • return economy class flights via Air New Zealand from the winner’s nearest capital city to Fiji;
  • return private transfers from airport to accommodation;
  • four (4) nights twin share in a 4-star or higher accommodation;
  • daily breakfast for two (2); and

NZD$1,000.00 spending money.

Travel Prize Conditions:

  • The travel prize must be taken between 1/10/26 and 31/08/27 (inclusive) and is subject to flight and accommodation availability and any Promoter, prize supplier or carrier blackout dates and booking conditions. The Promoter recommends the winner books travel as far in advance as possible to secure preferred dates.
  • The winner and their nominated travel companion are responsible for arranging their own valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any other personal documents required for travel to Fiji. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner.
  • Flights are economy class return flights with Air New Zealand from a major New Zealand airport selected by the Promoter to Nadi, Fiji. Accommodation is twin-share at a 4-star (or higher) resort in the Denarau area, as selected by the Promoter or its prize supplier.
  • The NZD$1,000.00 spending money will be provided by direct deposit to a New Zealand bank account nominated by the winner prior to departure.
  • All ancillary costs not specified in the prize description (including, without limitation, additional meals and beverages, in-room charges, mini-bar, room service, telephone calls, laundry, optional tours and activities, taxes and gratuities not included by the prize supplier, and any incidental or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The winner’s nominated travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the winner.
  • Frequent flyer points and other loyalty programme benefits do not accrue on the prize travel.

If the winner is unable to take the prize within the stated travel window, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.

Further Prize Details:

Winner notification: The winner will be contacted in writing, using the contact details on file with the Promoter, within seven (7) days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes: The prize must be claimed by 12:00 pm NZDT on 2/10/26. In the event the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same place as the original draw at 12:00 pm NZDT on 5/10/26. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing, using the contact details on file with the Promoter, within seven (7) days of the unclaimed prize draw. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Where applicable, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
  3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
  4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  5. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each/the winner.
  6. If any/the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
  7. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
  8. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
  9. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
  10. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification.
  11. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
  12. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
  13. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting entrants electronically. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to run this Promotion and may disclose entrants’ personal information to its related entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.fletcherbuilding.com/privacy-statement) includes information about: (a) how an entrant can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize.
  15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.
  16. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
  17. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986 (NZ).
  18. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final.
  21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  22. Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their travel companion) and cannot be separated into individual events or components.
  23. The winner (and where relevant, the entrant) will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
  24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
  25. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to NZ residents who are 18 years of age or over and hold a Mico Trade Account for stores in Mico’s Region 3 (New Plymouth, Hawera, Whanganui, Mico Palmerston =, Masterton, Levin, Porirua, Paraparaumu, Hutt City, and Walter St). 
How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, purchase as many Methven and/or Caroma products (“Participating Products”) as they can from Mico Plumbing & Bathrooms stores in Region 3 (New Plymouth, Hawera, Whanganui, Mico Palmerston =, Masterton, Levin, Porirua, Paraparaumu, Hutt City, and Walter St). Purchase must be made via their Mico Trade Account for their purchase to be recorded. 

The first one hundred (100) valid entrants who spend $250 (excl. GST) or more on any Participating Products in one (1) transaction will receive the gift specified below (while stocks last). 
Winner Determination:  
The Promoter will review the entrant’s percentage uplift in Participating Products purchased during the Promotional Period compared with the Participating Products purchased from 01/04/26 – 31/05/26 (“Uplift”).  

The first valid entry with the highest Uplift will receive the prize outlined below (provided they have also met the above criteria).  

In the event of a tie for any prize, a tie‑breaker will be conducted in the form of a written question or estimation task. Responses will be evaluated against predefined criteria, including accuracy (or proximity to the correct answer), clarity, and relevance. The entrant whose response best meets these criteria, as determined by the Promoter, will be declared the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.

  •        Travel itinerary will bedeterminedby the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 
  •        Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
  •        The winner mustdepartfrom and return to the same departure point and travel together. 
  •        Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

  •        The 2026 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 Championship tickets are subject to the organiser’s terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilstparticipatingin any element of the prize. 
  •        All costs associated with travel to and from the 2026 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 Championship will be the responsibility of the winner.

$20 The Warehouse or Woolworths NZ Voucher: 

  •        Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the voucher.

Promoter 

This promotion is run jointly by Aqualine Trading Limited ("Aqualine") and MICO New Zealand Limited ("MICO"). 

Promotion Period 

The promotion runs from 1st July until 31st August 2026 (inclusive), or until all promotional giveaways are exhausted, whichever occurs first. 

Eligible Customers

How to Qualify 

Customers must spend a minimum of $250 (excluding GST) on eligible Aqualine PVC primer and cement products in a single transaction to qualify.  

The qualifying spend amount is calculated after any discounts have been applied and includes GST. 

Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the qualifying spend threshold. 

Split invoices, part payments, laybys, quotes, and deferred transactions are not eligible. 

Giveaway Details 

For each qualifying transaction, customers will receive: 

  • One (1Constricta™ Multi-Pot Grip); and 
  • Two (2) $5 KFC vouchers (total value $10). 

Instant Reward 

The giveaway will be provided at the counter at the time of purchase, subject to stock availability at the participating branch. 

Limited Stock / While Stocks Last 

Promotional stock has been allocated to participating branches in limited quantities.

Once a branch's allocation has been exhausted, no rain checks, back-orders, substitutions, reservations, or later claims will be accepted. 

One Giveaway Per Qualifying Transaction

No Cash or Credit Alternative 

The giveaway is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, discounts, or alternative products. 

Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired KFC vouchers will not be replaced. 

KFC Voucher Conditions 

Use of KFC vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions specified by KFC New Zealand. Aqualine and MICO accept no responsibility for the redemption, availability, or acceptance of KFC vouchers by KFC New Zealand. 

Returns and Refunds 

Where products purchased under this promotion are returned and the qualifying spend threshold is no longer met, the promotional giveaway must also be returned. 

If the giveaway cannot be returned, MICO reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the giveaway from any refund or credit issued. 

No Substitutions 

No substitutions will be offered for either the Aqualine Two-Pot Holder or the KFC vouchers. 

Fair Use 

This promotion is intended to be used fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. 

Aqualine and MICO reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel a giveaway where they reasonably believe a customer has manipulated, abused, or attempted to circumvent the promotion requirements. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqualine and MICO are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, delay, defect, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from the use of any promotional item. 

Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal 

Aqualine and MICO reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require. 

Consumer Rights 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
