I/we also agree to our personal information being shared by third parties by Mico and its designated travel partner.
We undertake to perform these services with reasonable skill and care. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from acts or defaults outside the control of Mico, its designated travel partner and its employees and agents, including (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of actual travel, accommodation and other suppliers. The consumer’s guarantees act 1993 applies to services supplied by us, except where they are (or held out as being) acquired, for business purposes.
If by means of any event of force majeure (which shall include terrorism, pandemic or any cause or event outside our control) we shall be delayed in or prevented from performing our obligations, then such delay or non performance shall not be deemed a breach or entitle a damages claim. Our obligations shall be suspended whilst such event of force majeure continues.

All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the accuracy of promotional documentation, but services offered, package availability, prices and any event details may be subject to change from time to time.
All prices are shown in NZ dollars and/or Trade Edge points. All costs include GST where applicable. Prices shown include any airport tax, departure tax, fuel surcharges, security and airline levies. Please note that all airport, fuel, and airline charges are subject to change by the airline. Any increase in these will be on charged to you.
Each and every amendment made to a booking after confirmation will incur an amendment fee of $100 per amendment per person, along with any fees charged by airlines and/or other suppliers. Amendments to bookings within a month of departure cannot be guaranteed, but if they are possible, will incur an amendment fee of $150 per amendment per person in addition to any applicable airline reissue/amendment fees. Mico New Zealand reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify any of the trip details.
$275 non-refundable cash deposit or 3000 Trade Edge points is an additional cost to the Mico Trade Edge Points quoted. This must be paid at time of booking to your Mico Store where you hold your Mico Trade Edge account.
Package 100% Mico Trade Edge points. Should your Mico Trade Edge points fall short for full payment, an invoice will be raised and sent to your billing address. Additional travel arrangements not included with your Mico Trade Edge points deduction, requires full payment to Mico Travel Provider at time of booking and will be quoted at time of booking.
All cancellations must be advised in writing.
From time of booking, all cancellations will incur 3000 Trade Edge Points Fee per person fee unless a direct replacement is made. From time of booking until 24th January 2021 all cancellations will incur a fee of $250 pp or $150 name change fee if there is a direct replacement.
After the 26th of January 2021 all cancellations will incur a fee of $785 pp or $150 name change fee if there is a direct replacement. After 16th February 2021 all cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking value per person or a $150 name change fee.
Amendments to bookings within a week of departure cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Any extension travel may be subject to further cancellation fees dependent on supplier conditions.
