500 core products or lunch is on us*
At every Mico branch, we promise 500 core products always in stock. Click here to view all products. If we don’t have a core product for you, we’ll give you a lunch voucher.
You pay what we quote or we’ll credit you $10
If you’re charged more than what it was originally quoted, you’ll receive a $10 incl. GST courtesy credit, plus a credit for the amount overcharged within 24 hours.
Trained and knowledgeable staff
We show our commitment to you in two ways. Trained and knowledgeable staff with save you time and add value. We track this through product and system training which Mico staff have to complete every year.
Click and collect within 30 minutes or lunch is on us*
When you order via Trade Door, we will have it ready to collect in 30 minutes. This is available for stocked lines only and available until 30 minutes before closing. If we don’t have the order ready on time, we’ll shout you a lunch voucher.
Delivery of your order on time*
We promise delivery in full and on time from your branch every time.

Mico Service Promise results
We’re excited to release the results from the past 4 months of our Service Promise.
No one should be easier to deal with than Mico and we’ve backed this with around 99% of core products stocked at all times and between 98-100% accurate invoicing nationwide.
